We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, here’s how returns work:
Returning Your Order

You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us if you’d like to return it.

Once you’ve let us know, you then have a further 14 days to send it back to us.

Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging.
How to Return

Email us at [email protected] with your order number to start your return.

Repack your item securely, including your name and order number inside.

Post it back to: The House of AMIRA, 94 City Lofts, Salford Quays, M50 3TW. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

Refunds usually appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
At the moment, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please place a new order and return your original item for a refund.
Please note
- We do not accept returns on worn or damaged items
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
