Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, here’s how returns work:

Returning Your Order

  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us if you’d like to return it.
  • Once you’ve let us know, you then have a further 14 days to send it back to us.
  • Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging.

How to Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number to start your return.

  2. Repack your item securely, including your name and order number inside.

  3. Post it back to: The House of AMIRA, 94 City Lofts, Salford Quays, M50 3TW. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds usually appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

At the moment, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please place a new order and return your original item for a refund.

Please note

  • We do not accept returns on worn or damaged items
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
