What is your shipping policy?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping will be introduced soon — please sign up to our mailing list to be notified.All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, UK delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. 

Why don't the shoes come in box? 

We'd like to reduce the waste associated with fashion. With boxes often being disregarded when storing, AMIRA's are packed in a luxury cotton duster bag, ideal for compact storage and travelling with your favourite shoes. 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Shoes are unworn
  • In their original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Do you offer exchanges?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Sizing & Fit

Our khussas are designed to fit true to size. If you are between sizes or have wider feet, we recommend sizing up.

Our measurements for our sizes are below: 

  • UK size 4: 23cm
  • UK size 5: 24cm
  • UK size 6: 25cm
  • UK size 7: 26cm

Product Care

  • Avoid exposure to water or moisture
  • Store in a cool, dry place, ideally in the duster bag
  • Handle embellishments gently
  • Clean only with a soft, dry cloth

Make & Variations

Each pair of AMIRA shoes is handcrafted, with intricate beadwork and embroidery applied by skilled artisans. As a result, no two pairs are exactly the same.Natural variations in embroidery and embellishment are part of the beauty and craftsmanship of handmade footwear.
